Shipping and Handling:
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the delivery of the product to you.
Return of Products by you:
We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit and/or carry a manufacturing defect and/or, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package. For more details kindly update yourself of our return policy published on the website. In order to benefit out of our return policy, you are required to inform us of your decision to return for any such reason as approved under our return policy within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product. You are required to return the product in its original condition and any use of the product however brief it may be shall disqualify you from returning the product. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to the unavailability of our logistics partners for collecting the products that you have opted to return as provided herein, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.
Easy replacement:
Think music offers easy replacement for all products sold on thinkmusic.in, under certain conditions which are mentioned below. Replacements shall be despatched at our end once you notify us of any damage or defect in the products in the manner mentioned and within 24 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of the products, in case the customer fails to inform Think music within the stipulated time frame, Think music reserves the right to accept or reject such request at its discretion. Think music will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost.
In case Think Music is unable to provide a replacement for the product on account of the product being out of stock/ production, then Think Music at its discretion shall be entitled to refund the price paid by you for the purchase of the Product.
The replacement guarantee is valid only subject to :
- You being entitled to return the Product as per the Return Policy;
- You notify the same to us within 24 hours of receipt of the Product; and
- There has been no usage of the Product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Any item that has obvious signs of use
- Any Cassettes or CDs that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) unless it is defective
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
Changes and Cancellation:
Any item additions, quantity changes, or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.
Cancellation of Order by Think music:
Think music reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or due to non-availability or due to force majeure circumstances or due to any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In all such cases, Think Music shall refund 100% of the payment received from you.
Refund:
Refunds will be done within 7-10 working days.
